Kristi Jackson directs the TerraX corporate office in Tuscaloosa, overseeing daily operations of the company and ensuring that all contracts are completed in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner. In addition, she acts as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Human Resources Director. In these duties, she verifies accuracy of financial data, compiles monthly income and balance sheets, is responsible for the company payroll and benefits programs, ensures that vendors, sub-contractors, and employees are paid, and ensures that TerraX is compliant with federal and state regulations concerning employee issues such as Service Contract wage rates and EEOC compliance. During her career with TerraX, Ms. Jackson has overseen more than 1,000 projects totaling over $5M in revenue.
